The Ardennes is the right place for that too. From soft, creamy goat’s cheese to strong mould cheese, there is plenty to choose from!
4) Spot unique animals
If you go hiking in the Netherlands, with a bit of luck you might come across a squirrel. In the densely wooded Ardennes, chances are you will stumble across a wild boar, raccoon, wild cat, lynx, fox or, for the truly daredevil, even an adder during your hike.
